When will my order ship?

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days. During high-volume drops, please allow up to 5 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes — to select destinations. Duties, taxes, and customs are the customer’s responsibility.

How can I track my order?

A tracking email will be sent as soon as your order ships.


Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Jewelry, beauty, candles, digital products, and final sale items are non-returnable.

How do I start a return?

Email returns@solmerecollective.com with your order number. Please provide details why the item did not work for you.

Do you cover return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
